CVC Said to Explore Soho Global Stake Sale at $650 Million Value
CVC Capital Partners Plc is considering selling its stake in PT Soho Global Health in a transaction that could value the Indonesian firm at about $650 million, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
CVC is working with a financial adviser and has reached out to potential bidders, the people said, asking not to be identified because the process is private.
